• Essentially be resident in the area for a significant amount of time.
• Agree to actively help against pirates and KOS targets.
• Must use their guns as well as provide Intel.
• Must have more than 5 active members.
• Benefits may include based on performance:
• Access to other area Intel channels.
• Discount on jump clones.
• Discount on CVA market items.
• High level combat experience with CVA pilots.
